FM Legal will usually charge you a fixed fee for your legal work, including court disputes. We will never charge you without you being advised first and you should always call us to discuss your matter as well as your budget. Even clients who cannot afford to go to Court can still get expert advice. All costs will be disclosed up front.

When it comes to disputes, we will strive to provide alternatives. In other words, litigation is always a last resort. However, we understand that in certain situations the Court room is unavoidable.
