Michele has been a solicitor since 2004 and has practised in property law, commercial litigation, business law and wills and estates. She has a great eye for detail and is expert at ensuring that clients are fully informed of all aspects of the transaction.
Michele is also a mother of two boys and enjoys working flexibly for FM Legal. She has worked on many compulsory acquisition matters including organising the sale from the acquiring authority to line up with a purchase, as well as coordinating lenders to ensure that all goes smoothly. She also has experience in finalising forced acquisitions and obtaining funds from the acquiring authorities to ensure that clients have their mortgages paid out, as well as obtaining advance payments from the acquiring authority of compensation where necessary.
Michele also has a degree in accounting and uses that when acting in business acquisition matters . She is always approachable and here to answer any questions that arise in your property matters.
She also acts regularly in conveyancing and retail and commercial leases and in the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and can advise on all aspects of your property and estate planning needs.
