The NSW State Government has announced the Resilient Homes Program through the Northern Rivers Reconstruction Corporation (NRRC). This program offers buybacks, house raising, and retrofit of homes impacted by the February 2022 floods.We are helping the worst impacted owners from the Lismore floods to negotiate with the Government offers of buy-back, land swap to sell their property for pre flood valuations.
