EnergyCo is in the early stages of planning a Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) in the Hunter and Central Coast regions on the lands of the Awabakal, Bahtabah, Biraban, Darkinjung, Mindaribba, Wanaruah and Worimi people.

The Hunter and Central Coast regions have unique features which make them ideal locations for a REZ. These regions have excellent renewable energy resources and can utilise existing power stations, rehabilitated mining land, electricity network infrastructure, port and transport infrastructure and a skilled workforce.

The NSW Government is in the early stages of planning a REZ in the New England region, centred around Armidale on the lands of the Biripi, Dainggatti, Nganyaywana, Ngarabal, and Gumbainggir people.

New network infrastructure will be built in the REZ to enable new generation and storage projects to connect and transport their energy to consumers, both in and outside the REZ.

The Santos Hunter Gas Pipeline Project is being developed by Hunter Gas Pipeline Pty Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Santos. The pipeline route map displaying the approved 200m corridor for the Hunter Gas Pipeline Project has been released.

The Blacktown Health and Education Precinct is a $1.3 billion health and education precinct, including a new private hospital, to be delivered in NSW’s most populous local government area.

The precinct is located between Blacktown CBD and Blacktown Hospital, generally bound by the Western Railway Line to the north, Sunnyholt Road and Newton Road to the West, Griffiths Street, Marcel Crescent and Blacktown Hospital to the east and Bungarribee Road to the south.

The Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 project is being delivered by the NSW Government to serve a growing Western Sydney. It will connect local communities in the Greater Parramatta to the Olympic Peninsula (GPOP) and bring the vision of a ‘30-minute city’ closer to reality. The project will connect Stage 1 and the Parramatta CBD to Sydney Olympic Park, Westmead and Carlingford. It will have 14 fully accessible stops over a 10-kilometre two-way track and connections to Sydney Metro West and heavy rail in Parramatta and Sydney Olympic Park and ferry services at Rydalmere and Sydney Olympic Park

The development of Vineyard (Stage 1) precinct will include a proposed primary school, around 27 hectares of open space focused on the Killarney Gully Creek corridor, and a range of housing types. Stage 1 of the Precinct has the potential to offer 2,400 new homes for around 7,400 people.

The NSW State Government has announced the Resilient Homes Program through the Northern Rivers Reconstruction Corporation (NRRC). This program offers buybacks, house raising, and retrofit of homes impacted by the February 2022 floods. We are helping the worst impacted owners from the Lismore floods to negotiate with the Government offers of buy-back, land swap to sell their property for pre flood valuations.

We are taking on a limited number on a no win no fee basis.

Transport for NSW (TfNSW but also commonly called the RMS) intends to upgrade sections of the Princes Highway between Jervis Bay Road and Sussex Inlet Road. The road upgrade by RMS aims to improve road-based transportation for this portion of the highway in order to carry people and cargo more safely and effectively along the NSW South Coast.

Transport for NSW (TfNSW, commonly known as RMS) is progressing with plans for the proposed bypass of Moruya and has identified a preferred strategic bypass corridor. The proposed route is around 8 kilometres in length, starting near Shelley Road, running parallel and to the east of the existing highway to the Larrys Mountain Road intersection. From Larrys Mountain Road, the corridor veers further east with a new bridge crossing of the floodplain and Moruya River about 2 kilometres east of the existing bridge. South of the Moruya River, the preferred strategic corridor crosses over South Head Road and continues south to re-join the existing highway.

Transport for NSW is proposing to upgrade the Mulgoa Road / Castlereagh Road corridor between Glenmore Parkway, Glenmore Park and Andrews Road, Penrith. Mulgoa Road is an important transport corridor connecting the Penrith community, including its central business district, with other parts of greater Sydney.

The Australian Government has committed $232.5M to this project and it is expected to commence construction in early 2024.
