D’arcy was admitted to practice in August 2019 and has practiced in administrative law, civil litigation and criminal litigation in the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, and New South Wales. D’arcy has appeared in a range of Courts across those three jurisdictions, including appearing in Court almost every day for approximately two years.

Since starting with FM Legal, D’arcy has worked principally in the firm’s litigation practice, focusing on Class 3 appeals to the Land and Environment Court in compulsory acquisition matters. She has also worked on finalising acquisitions, including negotiating appropriate payment of expert fees and related costs in addition to the acquisition price.

D'arcy also has a degree in political science and a post-graduate qualification in community services, which she uses when assisting clients navigate difficult and stressful times.
